EnCase educational licence horrors - again

Looks like Encase support infrastructure is in some horrible state.

Since ver. 8 we had troubles with our  edu. licence. It has to be renewed yearly and this renew process has turned into horror story. Looks like even company ownership change has not done anything good.

Licence manager was introduced instead of Safe and NAS. As it was posted in earlier post a lot of stupid errors with this change, but now we received certificates which were faulty :)

Here is the screen dump of safe -diag, after installing a new certificate and LM setup

Nas licences should be 10, but someone screwed up and rendered us out of action ..
Simply we received wrongly configured certificate ...

After getting all again, we have new error message about encryption key problems ..

Can you imagine that in production environment .. it is painful to see once good and innovative product being reduced to disaster..

Opentext is doing transition or shutting down Encase. Support pages are unreachable since last week, and we can't go trough support to get to data in forums etc. It is disaster.

It is going roundabouts with support emails etc..
